How much does Lettfolio cost?
Lettfolio is free for one property. Paid plans are Starter at £9 a month (up to 3 properties), Growth at £19 a month (up to 10) and Portfolio at £39 a month (up to 30). Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, and paying annually gives you two months free.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers one property forever, with properties, tenants, finances and compliance reminders included — no card required to start.
Do I need a card to try a paid plan?
The Free plan needs no card. For a paid plan we take card details when you start the 14-day trial, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account settings. There is no long-term contract.
Which plan includes limited company and SPV accounts?
Limited company and SPV features — multiple entities, a company profit & loss, director's loan account and dividends register — are on the Growth and Portfolio plans. See the limited company & SPV page for detail.
What happens if I go over my property limit?
Lettfolio will prompt you to move up to the next plan when you add a property beyond your current limit. Your existing data stays exactly as it is.
