It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are

Our application (app.lettfolio.uk) uses Supabase for authentication. Supabase sets strictly necessary cookies (and uses related browser storage) to create and maintain your secure login session. These are essential to the service: without them you could not sign in or stay logged in. Because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested, they are exempt from the consent requirement under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Our public marketing website (lettfolio.uk) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. These analytics cookies are non-essential and are set only with your consent: when you first visit we show a cookie banner, analytics stay switched off unless you choose "Accept", and you can decline or change your mind at any time. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies — such as the Supabase authentication and session cookies described above — do not require your consent, because they are essential to provide the service you have asked us to deliver (signing in to and using the app).
Our public marketing website uses Google Analytics cookies, which are non-essential. We set them only with your consent: we show a cookie consent banner on your first visit, analytics remain switched off unless you choose "Accept", and you can reject or change your choice at any time. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not stop the essential parts of the service from working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
